Why now?
I’ve been going back and forth on this for a while — the idea of starting a blog. Not because I think I have all the answers or the most interesting life, but because I’ve needed a space. A space that’s mine, that isn’t curated for likes, that doesn’t disappear after 24 hours. Somewhere I can just write.
This blog won’t be about any one thing, because honestly? Life hasn’t exactly stayed in one lane. I’m a mom now (more on that soon), I’ve gone through more change than I can process in a single sitting, and I’ve collected a lot of thoughts, tools, feelings, and favorite things along the way. And I figured — maybe some of it is worth sharing.
You’ll probably find a little bit of everything here:
reflections on motherhood and identity (the real kind, not the picture-perfect version)
things that helped me survive the early days (products, practices, and pep talks)
random musings that I just need to get out of my brain
probably some emotional rambling
and the occasional list of things I’m loving, hating, or working through
I’m not sure who this is for yet — maybe just me, maybe someone who needs to hear what I needed a few months ago. Either way, this blog is a soft landing place. For thoughts. For growth. For stories. For honesty.
If you’ve somehow landed here, welcome. I hope you find something that makes you feel seen or understood — or maybe just less alone. And if not, that’s okay too. I’m just glad you’re here.
Whether you’re a mom, a friend, a stranger, or someone who just got bored scrolling — this blog is for you, and it’s for me too.
Here’s to starting something — even when you’re not sure where it’s going yet.
